Pegasus – a leading sewing machine technology company – has launched a new overlock machine M900/DJ Series.
The new sewing machine is a direct drive type in which an advanced digital control box and an operation panel are integrated with the machine head.
The machine achieves, as per Pegasus, a practical maximum sewing speed of 7,000 stitches per minute.
Further, the machine is also equipped with Smart Devices to reduce the operator’s fatigue, Eye Guard, Cloth Plate Cover & Pressure foot arm with open/close sensor. All these devices are said to protect operators from any kind of possible accident during the production.
“Therefore, the machine provides full human safety technology under the compliance norms of every buyer,” commented Basant Duklan from Pegasus.
M900/DJ Series is also equipped with 3-point materials sensor, which reduces the rejection ratio, handling time of trimming as well as saves threads.
As compared to the existing model of Pegasus, M900/DJ Series increases the productivity and constant quality of the product by around 15-20 per cent, claims Pegasus.
