Strong H has a solution for every sewing problem and if not, it will start with engineering product without any additional cost to the customer. Located in Laizhou, China, the company specializes in manufacturing knives, needle plates, feed dog, presser foot of industrial overlock or interlock sewing machines and also various kinds of knives of flat embroidery machine, sequin embroidery machine, cap embroidery machine and chenille embroidery machine.
Strong H along with their Indian distributor Mean Light now addresses the concern of fakes. To deter such practices, Mean light has introduced the anti-fake label and instructing the customers on how one can use it to identify a genuine product. “We hope that our retailers and customers will corporate,” opines King Zhang, Manager, Strong H.
Strong H recently launched circular band knife with an option to choose from a variety of knives according to the companies requirements. To ensure quality, all finished products are tested for 100 kg tensile testing. “Our company practices the Three Inspection Rules: Workers’ self-inspection, in-process inspection and workers’ mutual inspection, which can guarantee the stability of the best quality,” adds King further.
Looking at the current slowdown of garment industry and the rising wages of labour, Strong H has launched a full range of small attachments and parts such as under bed trimmers to upgrade their existing machines into semi-automatic systems and products like buttonhole knives with improved material strength.
The company provides products to Juki, Typical, Pegasus and such kind of famous sewing companies.
