Flexibility is an outstanding feature of Duerkopp Adler’s 100-69 – the sewing unit for finishing piped pockets. The field of application for 100-69 covers all variants of straight and optionally slanted pocket shapes. Like all the latest Duerkopp Adler workstations, 100-69 comes with colour graphic display with touchscreen for quick access to all parameters and USB memory stick for the transfer and backup of data, needle thread and bobbin thread monitor – for optimum safety while sewing, and an optional flip stacker – for neatly stacked work pieces after the sewing process. The folder for the hind trousers pocket allows a piping projection of max. 50 mm and a bundle clamp and rest table permit bundle order in the production of trousers. For maximum seam safety, the machine can be retrofitted with an optional tape feeder and programmable cutter. The suction power of the optional vacuum device can be adapted to suit the fabric being sewn – which makes the machine versatile. Moreover, a separate bobbin winder facilitates quick change of colours.
