With 25 new automates for the apparel segment, which is something of a record, Duerkopp Adler is back at Texprocess with focus on its two new automates for sleeve setting – the 550-16-26-01 and 650-16. The 550 is capable of setting sleeves with or without pre-ruffled sleeve crown and sewing sleeve heads in armhole, producing 170 to 180 men’s jacket and 190 to 210 jackets with pre-ruffled sleeves in 8 hours. Promising of nearly same production, the 650 has the advantage of a ‘curve support’ function.
Another new entrant in the line of sewing automates from Duerkopp Adler, are the two machines under the 745-35 series of welt pocket workstation. Placed in a premium position, right behind the sleeve setting group, the 745-35S has been upgraded for handling difficult materials safely during transportation, as the pressure across both the left and right clamps can be controlled individually. The machine has an exemplary production of 2400 pocketsin 8 hours.
Also on display will be the offerings from Beisler, among the top-most company in trouser automation, showcasing the 1281-5-19 for closing side seams, 1220-5 front trouser serging unit, the 1931-5 for top-stitching of trousers flies optionally with one seam or with two seams, with a distance between 2.4 mm and 6.4 mm to the first seam and the famous dart sewer 748-221.
For the first time, visitors would see the largest CNC unit Duerkopp Adler ever made with a sewing area up to 600 x 550 mm.
