After having experimented with a lot of PLM solutions, Adorn fashions zeroed on YuniquePLM. “We have experienced a lot of growth in the past five years and are looking to take our business to the next level using YuniquePLM. We noticed that as we grew, complexity increased: we spent more time looking and less time doing,” said Ricky Zinn, Vice President and COO of Adorn Fashions, currently managing two brands Baccini and Mynt 1792, along with a private label line.
The company believed that by going with a single solution that combined both PLM and ERP solutions, they could save time and money; however, found the opposite to be true. “If a provider does not specialize in either of the platforms, the entire solution can be crippled. Adorn Fashions attributes its decision to choose YuniquePLM because of the company’s focus on the post-sales relationship.
Further adding on, Zinn stated, “Our previous method of storing separate Excel and Adobe Illustrator files in a repository is time-consuming to organize, prone to errors and lacks accountability. In addition, searching within the repository favours one operating system over the other – furthering confusion. With Yunique Solutions’ out-of-the-box configuration, we were able to move through the first implementation phase as quickly as we have.
