2017 edition of Yarn Expo Spring, one of the world’s largest fairs for yarn and fibre industry, will be held on 15th-17th March, at the National Exhibition and Convention Centre (Shanghai), China.
Spread over 18,000 sq. m. of area, nearly 360 exhibitors are attending the event, bringing together some of the world’s highest quality yarn and fibre products such as natural and blended yarns including cotton, wool, flax/regenerated flax, silk, and man-made fibres and yarns as well as specialty products including elastic and fancy and blended yarns.
It may be mentioned here that a number of international suppliers have already confirmed their participation at the three-day event to take advantage of diverse buyer profile. Birla Planet will also make a return to present a series of Birla Spunshades, Birla Micro-Viscose and Birla Micro Modal products.

Furthermore, the Cotton Textile Export Promotion Council (TEXPROCIL) will once again organize the Indian Pavilion to feature India’s top cotton yarn and fibre suppliers. Besides, Pakistan Zone will return as well and so will exhibitors from Uzbekistan and Vietnam who will also showcase competitive cotton yarns, elastic yarns and eco products to diversify the sourcing options for buyers.
In addition, a wide range of high quality synthetic, knitting and metallic yarns will be displayed by exhibitors from Indonesia, Korea, Singapore, Slovakia and Thailand to cater to the rapidly growing demand for these products in the global market.
