Patrick McDowell, a British fashion designer, has been selected as the responsible fashion keynote speaker for the upcoming sourcing event Source Fashion, which will take place at Olympia London from 18th-20th February.
McDowell, whose independent London-based firm prioritises sustainability, will speak with fashion stylist Rebekah Roy on the opening day.
McDowell founded the brand in 2018, and it has “solidified itself as a leading voice on the global fashion stage embodying the designer’s mission for reinventing luxury through a sustainable mindset,” according to reports.
Suzanne Ellingham, Director of Sourcing for the exhibition, stated, “I’ve been following Patrick’s work since his debut in 2018, and when we launched Source Fashion, I knew he’d be the ideal keynote.”
The Source Fashion content program will also include immersive catwalk shows showcasing McDowell’s latest designs, as well as seminars led by industry professionals and informative panel discussions presenting and discussing the most recent trends, innovations, and topics in responsible and sustainable manufacturing.
