Third edition of International Conference on Natural Fibres 2017, will be held from 21st-23rd June in Braga, Portugal. The conference will focus on Advanced Materials for a Greener World for the future generations.
Speakers include Prof. Jörg Müssig, University of Applied Sciences, Germany, who will discuss Bio-inspired and bio-based fibre-reinforced composite. Prof Dr. Ryszard KozÅlowski, Natural Fibres and Medicinal Plants, Poland, will present on the topic of Bast Plants – Flax and Hemp Yesterday, Today and Tomorrow. Dr. Rajesh D. Anandjiwala, CSIR Materials Science and Manufacturing, South Africa, will explore the topic of Natural Fibres for Technical Applications in Value-added Products. And, Dr. Henry Yi Li, School of Materials, University of Manchester, UK, will present on Natural Fibre-based Nano Functional Materials and Applications.

The conference is being organised by the University of Minho and is focused on the latest scientific and technical advances in natural fibres and fibre-based materials.
