Preparations for the 10th edition of India Mega Textile Engineering Event – India ITME 2016, to be held in Mumbai from 3rd to 8th December 2016, are in full swing. Seema Srivastava, Executive Director, India ITME Society said, “Modern cranes and machines are working round the clock at NESCO Ground to set up nearly 1,000 numbers of live demonstration of Machineries shipped from 38 Countries.” The exhibition is hosted after every 4 years in India.
At this edition of the exhibition, new product launches such as, Spinit 3.0 E with optional Fancy Module device, Chenille Yarn Machine, Tread Winding Machine, and Super Auto Levellor Drawframe are expected to bring visitors from across 91 countries. Additionally, visitors from far and wide, small and large developed and developing nations will come together to learn, interact and see most modern machineries in spinning, weaving, processing, digital printing, garments, knitting, embroidery, testing, fibre & yarn, and green technology categories, at the fair.

Moreover, eight prestigious educational institutions will present technical papers and hold panel discussions, including Institute of Chemical Technology, Mumbai (ICT), Technological Institute of Textile & Sciences (TIT), DKTE Society’s Textile & Engineering Institute, National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) China Cotton Textile Information Centre, and The Textile Institute of UK.
Also, Supporting Indian Trade and Investment for Africa (SITA), Geneva, Switzerland, a division of United Nations which works towards promoting presence of Indian investors and trade in East Africa, will be participating in the event.
