The Spring season of the award-winning Fashion Community Week will be kicked off in San Francisco (USA) from 10 to 13 March 2022.
The four-day event will be conducted both on-site and virtually, and will include an informational fashion tech conference, opening party and two fashion shows featuring local and global fashion designers.
The opening day (10 March) is headlining a virtual fashion tech conference, consisting of conversations with global industry leaders who are paving the way for innovation in the fashion industry. The discussion will revolve around technology and future of fashion, featuring founders of Bold Metrics, Wearable X, Yoona, Atelier No. 9 and Heuritech.
The second evening is taking off with a fashion week party at the exclusive members only club, The Modernist. “It will be an opportunity to network, meet industry professionals over crafted cocktails,” informed the event organiser in an e-mail sent to Apparel Resources.
The third day is said to be major highlight with the event featuring a one-of-a-kind fashion show at the renowned Clift Royal Sonesta Hotel. The evening is commencing with a VIP cocktail reception followed by an extravagant runway show featuring seven local and international fashion designers.
The presenting designers are: Emelie Marcelle (Paris), Lisa Conte (Milan) Dokke (France- Senegal), KTR collection (Korea), Kudsedia (India), Muriel’s (Vermont) and Ben Babadi (Florence- San Francisco). All collections are available to shop right from the runway during the show!
The final day is debuting a virtual fashion show with a collection on the runway featuring five local and international fashion brands. All collections are available to be shopped immediately online.
It’s worth noting here that, since 2014, Fashion Community Week has presented and launched fashion designers and beauty talents from 60 countries, covering six continents! The organisation has launched an online fashion incubator to support global emergent fashion brands.
