CR Runway and Qatar Creates to host world’s biggest fashion show

CR Runway is collaborating with Qatar Creates to host the ‘world’s biggest fashion show’ on 16th December during the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar.

The event ‘Qatar Fashion United by CR Runway’ held at the Ras Abu Aboud 974 Stadium will feature the works of more than 150 designers representing 50 countries.

All proceeds from the concert will be donated to Education Above All, an organisation dedicated to educating underprivileged children. French editor Carine Roitfeld created Thecuratio, and CR Runway’s CEO Vladimir Restoin Roitfeld will direct the event.  21 Qatar-based designers will share the runway with a number of internationally renowned brands.

The show will also feature performances by artists such as Post Malone, DJ Snake, and Khaled, among others.

CR Runway, a global fashion experience that was established in 2019, brings together the most renowned designers in the field and models from all over the world. CR Runway x Luisaviaroma and CR Runway x AmfAR, a virtual fashion were both co-founded by fashion visionary and founder of CR Fashion Book, Carine Roitfeld and Vladimir Restoin-Roitfeld, President & CEO of CR Fashion Book Ltd. The third iteration of CR Runway will take place in Qatar during the FIFA World Cup in 2022.
