The uncertain COVID-19 situation in China is impacting businesses and B2B events…
The 2021 edition of China International Sewing Equipment Exhibition (CISMA) has again been postponed as sudden resurgence of COVID-19 cases in many provinces is posing an unprecedented grave threat to national pandemic control efforts.
According to an intimation of China Sewing Machinery Association (CSMA) – the organiser of CISMA – they have taken into consideration all the pertinent opinions and suggestions and made a tough decision that CISMA 2021, due to take place from 27 to30 April 2022 at Ningbo Int’l Conference and Exhibition Center, has to be postponed once again unfortunately, with the new date and venue yet to be determined.
This postponement is done “to perform relevant national pandemic prevention instructions, and guarantee the health, rights and interests of all the exhibitors, visitors and stakeholders…”
CSMA further shared, “Hopefully, the decision could offset the negative influences exerted by the pandemic on the show, and reduce its damages to the show’s image to the lowest extent possible,” adding, “We feel terribly sorry for any inconvenience incurred by this, and hope that exhibitors and visitors can make the most of the extra window of opportunities to refine their attendance plan, and strive to hold a CISMA with untarnished splendour.”
