Starting 23 October to 26 October 2020, all import-export activities through the Benapole Land Port will remain suspended.
Owing to Durga Puja, all trading activities between India and Bangladesh through the Bepapole-Petrapole corridor will remain on hold for these 4 days, as per reports.
The Indian C&F informed this through a letter, reportedly, stated the General Secretary of C&F Agents Association at Benapole Land Port, Emdadul Haque Lata, to the media.
Movement of passengers and loading and unloading activities would, however, continue unabated during this period, underlined Saifur Rahman, the Revenue Officer of the Benapole Customs Check post Cargo Branch.
