Navjyoti India Foundation’s Project ‘Unnati’ launched with an aim to empower the women and equip them with the tools to become self reliant through stitching and tailoring skill upgradation programme. A convocation ceremony was recently organized in Gurgaon, which was attended by Dr. Kiran Bedi, Founder Member, Navjyoti India Foundation, Board members and senior officials of Canara HSBC which included A K Bansal, Independent Director and Chairman, CSR Committee, Manjit Lakhmana – Head HR, Chirag Rathod – Director, Products, Actuarial and Strategy and the CSR team. Members of Blackrock were also present at the event.
