In the Q4, finishing 31st March, Kitex Garments Ltd witnessed a 500 per cent increase in net profit to Rs. 20 crore, compared to Rs. 3 crore in the same quarter last year.
The company reported a 77 per cent rise in quarterly revenue, attaining Rs. 173 crore in comparison to Rs. 98 crore in the same quarter of the last fiscal year.
In terms of the full financial year, net profit for the company witnessed a small decrease to the tunes of Rs. 56 crore from Rs. 57 crore in FY 2023, whereas revenue grew by 11 per cent to Rs. 617 crore from Rs. 557 crore in FY ’23.
Kitex Garments, a well-known manufacturer of children’s apparel, concentrates on contract manufacturing for private labels counting Jockey, Carter, Babies R Us, Gerber, and Mothercare, among others.
