BSL Ltd. delivered a robust business performance and closed H1FY22 with a Profit After Tax (PAT) of Rs. 6.41 crore returning to good profitability after a loss of Rs. 3.29 crore in the same corresponding period of the last FY.
The Bhilwara-based company registered sales of Rs. 202.80 crore against Rs. 140.98 crore in the same corresponding period of the previous year.
The company’s business grew across all business segments both in domestic and export markets.
Happy to have delivered good results, Nivedan Churiwal, MD of the company said, “We have made strategic plans for multi-fold growth in all the business segments and we will be growing our businesses in the existing field of domestic and furnishing and will also be venturing into the field of cotton spinning. The company is focused on exponential growth over the next few years based on these 3 segments with a Capex of 125 crore for cotton spinning and other projects.”
The company has also planned a 125 crore Capex based on which it will be setting up cotton spinning plant within its existing production facility in Bhilwara and this is expected to commence by end of 2022. This is expected to give a major boost to the top line and bottom line.
