DHL Express — DHL is an American-founded German logistics company providing courier, package delivery, and express mail service — has started operations for the first-ever network flight to and from Bangladesh to carry inbound and outbound shipments even as the flight will reportedly connect Bangladesh to more than 220 countries and territories via DHL’s Bangkok hub, which is the world’s leading international express service provider.
A press communiqué issued by the company concerned recently maintained this.
Underlining that the introduction of the network flight will help towards ensuring consistent service levels are delivered to customers in light of an increase in the demand for air cargo capacity, DHL further reportedly added that Bangkok-based airline K-Mile Asia will operate the Boeing 737 freighter five days a week and offer a total of 180 tonnes of capacity.
