Golam Mostafa, the Chairman of Deshbandhu Textile Mills, recently held a meeting with the workers to boost their morale when he visited the factory situated in Uttara EPZ at Nilphamari.
Addressing the workers during the meeting, Golam Mostafa reassured them, saying, “Regardless of the circumstances, the workers of Deshbandhu Textile Mills need not be concerned. This factory will remain open and, in fact, we are actively exploring opportunities for its expansion.”
The Chairman of Deshbandhu Textile Mills also emphasised, “This factory is not just my wealth; it belongs to all of us. It is our collective responsibility to protect and nurture it.”
He pledged his unwavering support to the workers through their challenges and expressed his commitment to resolving any issues they might face.
Golam Mostafa proposed the creation of a complaint box, saying, “If you have any concerns, please submit them there. No matter where I am in the world, your concerns will reach me.”
The enthusiastic workers welcomed this gesture and pledged to enhance the factory’s production and performance.
As a symbolic gesture, he planted a sapling within the factory premises and later shared a meal with the workers.
