Even as common people and industries in Bangladesh continue to grapple with power and energy crisis, Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has expressed hopes things will improve from next month onwards.
This is as per media reports, which underlined the Prime Minister has expressed her optimism that people would not have to suffer much for electricity and fuel from next month even as he stated, “Due to the Ukraine war, it is difficult to buy fuel oil and procure gas. Not only our country but also the UK, America, Germany – everywhere – they are looking at saving energy. So, we had to suffer for some days. There will be no more suffering from next month.”
The Bangladesh Prime Minister reportedly expressed her optimism in this regard at a meeting of the Awami League Advisory Council recently.
