The Bangladesh Government is set to award the ‘Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Industrial Award-2022’ to recognise the exceptional contributions of 12 industrial units across six categories within the industrial sector.
The prestigious awards will be presented to the representatives of these organisations during a ceremony at the Osmani Memorial Auditorium in the city, scheduled to be held recently, with President Mohammed Shahabuddin presiding over the event.
The distinguished guests at the ceremony will include Agriculture Minister Muhammad Abdur Razzaque, State Minister for Industries Kamal Ahmed Majumder, and President of the Federation of Bangladesh Chambers of Commerce and Industry, Mahbubul Alam.
The function will be presided over by Industries Minister Nurul Majid Mahmud Humayun, and the welcome speech will be delivered by Zakia Sultana, Senior Secretary of the Industries Ministry.
