The 10th edition of the 10-day National Small and Medium Enterprise Fair-2022, which ended recently at Dhaka’s Bangabandhu International Conference Centre, drew huge crowd of visitors.
This is as per media reports, which added around 325 entrepreneurs including 130 from the fashion design sector, 36 from the leather goods sector, 35 from the jute sector, 45 from the food and agro-processing sector, 38 from the handicrafts sector, and eight from the ICT sector, were all showcasing their products and services at the fair.
Speaking to the media, Owner of SSB Leather, Rubel Hossain said his company displayed different types of bags and many other items at the fair even as he added that his company offers the customers both hand-made and machine polished products even if Owner of the Jamdani saree and three-piece stall Amar Ami, Maksuda Parvin, reportedly said if proper marketing can be ensured of Jamdani three pieces, the products will easily attract attention of the local customers and the product is also capable of competing with India and other countries on the global arena.
