VF Corporation – a global leader in branded lifestyle apparel, footwear and accessories – has once again been named as one of the “World’s Most Admired Companies” by Fortune. For this year’s list, VF maintained its No. 2 ranking among apparel companies. The company has been named to the Most Admired list for 22 years.
To compile the list, Fortune partnered with Korn Ferry Hay Group, a global management consulting group. The organization surveyed executives, directors and analysts to rate companies in their industry on nine criteria including products, quality of management, social responsibility and ability to attract talent.
“At VF, we always work to manage our global business in ways that benefit our shareholders, customers, consumers, associates and the communities where we operate,” said Scott Deitz, VP of Public Affairs, adding, “We’re honoured to once again be named one of the world’s most admired companies and acknowledged as an organization that is focused on doing the right things in the right ways.”
