Allmade Apparel has launched its Decoration Recommendations Guide to support printers in achieving efficient and waste-reducing apparel decoration. The eco-friendly brand, known for its partnership with Counselor Top 40 supplier SanMar, created the guide to enhance the quality of garment decoration while addressing industry waste rates, which average 1 per cent to 4 per cent.
The guide offers tested tips for screen printing, heat pressing, direct-to-garment (DTG), and direct-to-film (DTF) applications. It includes step-by-step advice, video resources, and a downloadable PDF to simplify the decoration process. According to Brett Bowden, Allmade co-founder and industry veteran, high-quality decoration paired with durable garments ensures longer-lasting apparel.
Ryan Moor, CEO of Allmade, highlighted features like dye migration ratings and fabric compatibility for DTF transfers, emphasizing the goal of reducing trial-and-error challenges for decorators.
