
Tata group, the leading exporter of leather and leather products was honoured with an array of awards at the recently organised, Council for Leather Exports (CLE) Export Awards and Leather Conclave for their excellent export performance during the period 2017-18.
Suresh Prabhu, Union Minister of Commerce & Industry and Civil Aviation was the chief guest for the event that was organised in Mumbai.
Notably, Tata International secured the 3rd place in Overall Exports – Leather & Leather Products including Non- Leather Footwear followed by 2nd place in Leather Footwear category (above Rs. 300 Crores) and managed to get 1st place in the Finished Leather Category (Above Rs. 200 Crores & Upto Rs. 300 Crores).
