One Jeanswear Group, an apparel and fashion firm, and media and consumer products company Xcel Brands have agreed to a strategic licencing partnership (OJG).
In accordance with the contract, OJG will create and produce clothing items for Xcel Brands’ Christian Siriano line. For the third quarter of 2023, the companies plan to start shipping the goods.
The partnership between Xcel Brands and OJG, which also produces goods under the LOGO by Lori Goldstein brand owned by Xcel Brands, has now grown.
Xcel Brands chairman and CEO Robert W. D’Loren comments, “One Jeanswear Group’s unparalleled expertise in apparel makes the company an ideal manufacturing license partner for us. With the C. Wonder by Christian Siriano agreement, we’re pleased to launch the second of what we expect to be a long series of collaborations with additional brands in our portfolio.”
OJG CEO Jack Gross adds: “Christian Siriano is one of the most exciting young designers in America and we’re proud to produce apparel for the C. Wonder by Christian Siriano brand. We also look forward to expanding our licensing partnership with Xcel Brands in the future.”
OJG is a multinational fashion garment firm that manages denim-focused product design, development, technical support, fabric sourcing, marketing, merchandising, and worldwide sourcing. In 1980, it was founded.
In 2011, Xcel Brands was established, specialising in livestream shopping channels for the interactive TV industry. The corporation is working towards investments in digital platforms as part of its retail plan to increase its omnichannel reach.
