
Doubling the turnover by 2021! VOI Jeans, the UK-based retailer, aims to increase its turnover in India by two times in next 2 years.
To make this happen, VOI Jeans India is planning to expand its reach in Tier II cities.
At present, the brand has 20 retail stores in India, including New Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad,Pune, Amritsar, Ludhiana, Visakhapatnam, Vijayawada and Kolkata. It is noteworthy that of the 20 stores, 15 are company-owned while 5 are owned by franchisees.
Now VOI Jeans is planning to open 20 more outlets in 2 years. It is also important to note that 25 per cent of its turnover comes from Telangana.
The brand has 100 shop-in-shops and also has presence on major online platforms like Amazon, Flipkart and Myntra. In fact, the offline business contributes 90 per cent of VOI Jeans’ sales, with the remaining coming from India.
Notably, VOI imports winterwear jackets and sweatshirts among others. While it makes men’s casualwear in Bangalore, it makes T-shirts in Tirupur.
