Innerwear manufacturer VIP Clothing Limited reported a strong financial performance for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March 2026, with significant growth in both profit and revenue.
The company’s net profit for the fourth quarter of FY ’26 rose 82.64% to Rs. 4.42 crore (US $459,000), compared to Rs. 2.42 crore (US $251,000) recorded during the corresponding quarter of the previous financial year.
Sales during the quarter increased 10.21% to Rs. 71.54 crore (US $7.43 million), against Rs. 64.91 crore (US $6.74 million) reported in the same period last year, reflecting steady growth in the company’s topline performance.
For the full financial year ended 31st March 2026, VIP Clothing reported a net profit of Rs. 9.81 crore (US $1.02 million), marking a rise of 79.67% compared to Rs. 5.46 crore (US $567,000) recorded in FY ’25.
Annual sales for FY ’26 stood at Rs. 253.83 crore (US $26.39 million), registering growth of 7.15% over Rs. 236.89 crore (US $24.63 million) reported in the previous financial year.
The improved profitability was supported by growth in revenues and operational performance during the year, despite continued challenges across the broader apparel and innerwear market.
VIP Clothing Limited is one of India’s established innerwear manufacturers with brands across the men’s, women’s and kidswear innerwear categories. The company markets products under labels including VIP, Frenchie, Feelings and Leader, and maintains a widespread distribution network across domestic and international markets.
