Boohoo has been accused of offering discounts to customers based on inflated original prices.
After Boohoo’s attempt to dismiss the legal claim was rejected by judges earlier in November, the lawyers will be questioning top executives and managers at Boohoo including CFO Neil Catto.
The lawyers said that Neil Catto had originally provided evidence to support Boohoo’s bid to get the case dismissed.
It was only last week, Boohoo Group had hit back at MP Liz Kendall over the statement of not having received their supplier COVID plan and that too despite the Group being in regular touch with Liz and her office.
Founded in 2006, Boohoo specialises in own brand fashion apparels, with over 36,000 products.
