
Minneapolis-based company, Target ushers the private label ‘More than Magic’ for tween girls constituting over 500 items for girls aged eight to twelve.
The brand will be inclusive of full lifestyle range featuring apparel, stationery, tech, beauty and more in a palette of bold colours specialising under ‘Back to School’ category.
The company has confirmed that the line has been designed after consulting the tween age group and their parents across the country so as to serve in its full essence.
Jill Sando, Senior Vice President and General Merchandise Manager, apparel and accessories and home, remarked, “Bringing girls together from across the country to hear what they did–and did not–want and how Target can fill those needs, from the products we create to the experiences we offer, was really energising for our team.” He, further, said, “The end result is a brand new collection filled with personality at wallet-friendly prices moms and dads can feel good about.”
Apparels like shirts, leggings, leotards and sleepwear; paraben-free bath and beauty items like bath bombs, shower gels and sheet masks and ‘Back to School’ items like backpacks, pencil cases and locker clings gather the limelight in the brand’s collection. In consideration of health basics, the brand will also feature ear buds with built-in volume limits and subtle silhouettes and athleisure for active and sleepwear, much appealing to the parent’s concern.
The brand will have a store layout designed to be shopped with friends, the company said, enabling customers to buy a wide variety of categories simultaneously with enough space to try on items.
The price ranges from US $0.99 for products under the ‘Back to School’ category to US $29.99 for bomber jackets.
‘More than Magic’ will debut in stores and on Target.com from 13 July with sizes ranging from four to six. The brand will update its collections as per the seasonal changes.
