Swiss sportswear brand On has announced the appointment of Laura Miele as an independent member of its board of directors and as a member of the audit committee.
“We are thrilled to welcome Laura to the On board of directors, and could not be happier for such a qualified and dedicated individual to be joining our board,” said Caspar Coppetti, co-founder and executive co-chairman of On.
Laura Miele is the president of Electronic Arts (EA) Entertainment and Technology, where she oversees EA’s portfolio of licensed and owned IP, along with the company’s central development services and CTO organizations. Prior to this role, Miele served as chief operating officer for EA, where she played a key role in executing complex structural transformations, including the company’s shift to digital delivery, expansion into new consumer demographics, and growth of EA’s player network.
Miele also has extensive international experience managing commercial, creative, and central technology teams. In 2022, she was appointed as a governor of the British Film Institute and is a member of the Paley Media Council and the NAACP Entertainment Advocacy Council. She also serves on the Advisory Board for The Game Awards and previously served on the board of the Silicon Valley Community Foundation.
