Oti Mabuse, a broadcaster, novelist, and world-champion dancer, has teamed up with Sainsbury’s Tu Clothing to introduce a “collection of activewear and luxe loungewear apparel” under its new brand, Reaktiv. It is inspired not only by the dancer’s love of movement but also by Tu’s dedication to making stylish yet reasonably priced apparel.
This follows Sainsbury’s announcement of a sales acceleration, with Tu Clothing sales rising 1.3 per cent in the first half of 2024 thanks to a greater 8.3 per cent growth in Q2 sales.
The new collaboration collection has more than 60 ready-to-wear items. It was made with functionality and adaptability in mind, and it includes well-considered design elements like handy phone-slot pockets in the leggings.
“I’m thrilled to be launching my first collection with Tu and Reaktiv,” Oti Mabuse declared. “Movement is a vital component of our everyday lives, and I think it can be quite joyful, particularly when you feel good about yourself and at ease in your clothing.”
