
Gujarat-based textile and garments’ giant Sahiba Ltd.’s Saundh (luxurywear label for women) is geared up to extend its presence in the retail market.
The brand opened three stores in the last quarter of 2021 and eyes to open 50 more in the next 10 months. And Rs. 30 crore will be invested for this expansion. The brand will focus on metros, Tier-I, Tier-II cities for its expansion.
Sarabjeet Saluja, Founder and CEO, Saundh told Apparel Resources, “The brand having a current turnover of Rs. 30 crore is geared up for massive growth as it is targeting revenue of Rs. 80 crore in the current fiscal. Along with a growing retail presence, having an omnichannel presence and strong vertical integration, also contributes to the growth of our brand.”

He further added “Saundh as a brand stems from our love for textiles and our vision to create a global label inspired by India. We aim to create a niche where the gap between designer clothing, aesthetics and affordability minimises. Our collections, drawn from our rich artistic heritage retold as print stories in contemporary silhouettes.”
Launched in 2019, the brand has currently 10 stores and a presence in multiple designer stores.
Sahiba Ltd. is one of the leading vertically integrated companies having a stronghold on fabric production as well as embroidery and digital printing.
In embroidery, it has a capacity of 2 million metres per month, while in digital printing the capacity is to print 3 million metres of fabric per month.
