
Fashion retailer Primark is set to open a nearly 100,000-square-foot store at American Dream shopping centre, being developed by Triple Five Group of Companies, in the Meadowlands. “We are delighted to be joining this superb location in the New York Metropolitan area. The opening of our store at American Dream is a notable step forward in our focused momentum in the Northeast,” said Paul Marchant, Primark’s CEO.
Primark, a leading European retailer – operating 290 stores in 10 countries – of women’s, men’s and children’s apparel and home good, opened its first two US stores in late 2015 in Boston and the King of Prussia Mall in Pennsylvania. The new store at American Dream, one of Primark’s largest, will be the retailer’s first in northern New Jersey.

Founded and headquartered in Dublin, Ireland, Primark is operating in Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Portugal, Spain, Netherlands, United Kingdom, United States and soon in Italy. The retailer, which has two stores in the Northeast, is planning to launch six locations this year.
