As it gets closer to finishing its nationwide deployment by summer, Primark has stated that its click and collect service is currently operational in 158 locations throughout the UK. As part of the retailer’s efforts to roll out the offering across all 186 stores in England, Scotland, and Wales, an additional 24 stores have joined the scheme, up from 131 in February.
Customers may peruse and order things online with Primark’s click and collect service, then pick them up in-store two days later at a time that works for them.
According to the company, the service also gives customers access to a larger selection of products, such as its 40-piece adaptable apparel line, which was created in partnership with disability advocate and adaptive designer Victoria Jenkins.
Primark stated in February that it would finish implementing click and collect throughout its UK estate “in time for summer,” which is a major step up from its initial goal of the end of 2025.
The launch is a component of a larger investment in variety and convenience as Primark continues to support the high street while aiming to increase foot traffic to its stores and improve its multichannel offer.
