
Kristine Marvin has been named general counsel for the luxury lifestyle business Perfect Moment.
With over 28 years of expertise in corporate and intellectual property law, compliance, and governance for both private and public organisations, Marvin provides a wealth of knowledge to Perfect Moment. She will be in charge of boosting operations, protecting the company’s brand, and advancing the legal framework in order to support the business’s quick international growth.
In her previous role as vice president and general counsel at Timberland, Marvin oversaw trade defence for the parent company’s well-known brands, such as The North Face, Vans, Timberland, Dickies, Smartwool, Icebreaker, and JanSport, in over 100 countries and assisted with Timberland’s global customs work.
Before joining Timberland, Marvin worked in corporate roles at Goodwin Procter, where she provided advice to publicly traded firms on significant transactions, regulatory filings, and initial public offerings.
Marvin’s appointment comes after Perfect Moment recently made significant hirings from Canada Goose to bolster its management and production staff.
