Thirty Three Threads, the owner of reputed brands like Base 33 and TAVI, has bought Vooray International that’s majorly known for backpacks, duffels and fashion accessories.
The move to acquire Vooray International is being seen as a part of US firm’s efforts to further expand its product category.
More on the acquisition, Barry Buchholtz, CEO, Thirty Three Threads, said that Vooray complements Thirty Three Threads’ existing portfolio while adding a new category that directly enhances its product offering.
Vooray International too is elated over the move! Dan Rigby, CEO, Vooray says “With the acquisition by Thirty Three Threads, we are excited to see our reach expand and grow as the two companies integrate teams and systems while tapping into the wholesale market for the first time.”
Here it is important to state that brands TAVI, ToeSox and Base 33 were recently consolidated under the direct-to-consumer umbrella website of TaviActive.com and a new B2B portal that streamlines purchasing and messaging for consumers.
Started 16 years ago, Thirty Three Threads’ brands are known for women’s apparels, men’s socks, amongst others.
