Compared to US $ 17.36 million a year earlier, Page Industries Ltd., the company that licenses Jockey and Speedo products in India, recorded a 34 per cent increase in its third-quarter profit at US $ 23.4 million.
Compared to US $ 151 million in the same quarter of the previous fiscal year, the company’s revenue for the quarter increased by 7 per cent to US $ 159 million.
E-commerce and modern retail, particularly stores with unique brands, had remarkable development in the quarter.
V S Ganesh, the Managing Director of Page Industries Ltd, expressed his excitement about the strong profit growth, attributing it to consistent revenue increases and careful management of operating expenses.
