India’s e-commerce giant in fashion, Myntra has launched ‘M-Now’. The service promises 30-minute delivery for apparel and other lifestyle accessories. To meet the changing customer behaviour and expectations, retailers in India are aiming to have fast deliveries as an integral part of the system.
According to Myntra, M-Now will give consumers access to 10,000 styles from well-known brands like Vero Moda, MANGO, Tommy Hilfiger, MAC, Bobbi Brown, and others in the fashion, beauty, and lifestyle categories. Starting in Bengaluru, the M-Now service will gradually roll out in Delhi, Pune and Mumbai among other cities.
M-Now’s launch positions Myntra as one of the first major vertical e-commerce brands globally to offer large-scale quick commerce in fashion.
The action was taken at a time when Indian fast commerce was rapidly expanding. According to Morgan Stanley, the market is expected to reach US $ 42 billion in the nation by 2030, which would account for roughly 18.4 per cent of the entire e-commerce market and 2.5 per cent of the retail sector.
