Yes, the British fashion firm has changed its registered business name after its recent acquisition by Frasers Group.
However, reportedly, it will continue its trading as Missguided.
Here it is worth stating that the fashion e-tailer was recently rescued by Frasers Group in a deal that was worth £ 20 million.
Following the rescue deal, Nitin Passi, founded of Missguided, returned to the company.
The name change is being considered an important move ever since Nitin has returned to Missguided.

Founded in 2009 by Nitin Passi, Missguided aims at selling clothes for 16–35-year-old women.
