Chinese lifestyle brand Miniso has intensified its international footprint by opening three new stores in Hong Kong, marking a significant step in its ongoing global expansion.
These new additions include its largest store in the city located at TKO Plaza, along with establishments at Ma On Shan Plaza and Yuen Long Castle Peak Road. According to Miniso, all three outlets boast enhanced layouts featuring clean, modern designs and distinct zones. The stores offer a diverse range of products, including fragrances, blind boxes, plush toys, and electrical appliances.
What sets these stores apart is the introduction of an IP zone in each location, showcasing Miniso’s co-branded products developed in collaboration with brands such as Barbie, Disney Toy Story, and Snoopy.
Bella Tu, VP and GM of Miniso overseas operations, said, “These three new stores in our directly operated Hong Kong market offer a further boost to our overseas expansion, and another step on our journey to making Miniso a global lifestyle super-brand.”
Miniso’s expansion efforts reflect its robust financial performance in the fiscal year ending 30th June. The brand achieved a global revenue of US $ 1,582.2 million, marking a 14 per cent increase compared to the previous year. International revenue specifically reached US $ 521.7 million.
Looking ahead, Miniso has ambitious plans to establish 100 stores in Hong Kong in the coming years.
