American department store chain Macy’s is set to open its new ‘Backstage’ store next month in King of Prussia Mall. The new outlet, spread across 13,200 square ft, will be based on the store-in-store concept launched by the retailer which offers the fashion-enthusiasts heavy discount on top fashion brands.
To mark the occasion, the company has come up with an exciting opening event which will offer the first 200 customers a giveaway on August 18, 2018.
Michelle Israel, Senior Vice President, Off Price, Macy’s said that the customers are curious about the Macy’s Backstage shopping experience. “If you’re looking for a fashion update, a last-minute gift, or a special treat for yourself, your home, or your pet, then this is the place you need to be at,” she added.
Backstage’s focus on value and newness makes sure that with every visit, shoppers will find an amazingly-priced collection of fashion labels and trends. Frequent deliveries further enhance the in-shop experience of a customer.
Reportedly, there are seven Backstage stores across the country, while over one hundred stores have been opened as ‘store within store’ locations.
Markedly, the Backstage has its own buying team that offers 20 to 80 per cent off on trending apparels as compared to the traditional prices, and include companies and product lines that are not available at Macy’s stores.
