
Top executives have been appointed by LVMH to serve as CEOs at its leading fashion houses, with Charlotte Coupé joining Kenzo and Ramon Ros taking over at Fendi.
Both senior executives will answer to Sidney Toledano, senior advisor to the chairman of the LVMH Group and controlling shareholder of the corporation, Bernard Arnault. They formerly worked for LVMH’s flagship brand, Louis Vuitton.
Separately, Daniel DiCiccio has been appointed president and CEO of Mainland China for Louis Vuitton, with effect from 28th April 2025. His headquarters will be in Shanghai, and he will answer to Louis Vuitton’s chief commercial officer, David Ponzo.
As of 1st July, Ros will be taking over for Pierre-Emmanuel Angeloglou, who joined Fendi in May 2024 but will take over as deputy CEO of Christian Dior Couture on 15th April.
Ros started his career in the UK at Marks & Spencer before relocating to Diesel and Tous, where he worked in a number of top management roles in the corporate office. After joining the LVMH Group in 2013, he spent three years in Shanghai growing Givenchy China as managing director. He was appointed international director of the French-based Givenchy in 2016. Ros has been employed in China for Louis Vuitton since 2020. He is an IESE and University of Barcelona graduate.
In 2006, Coupé started working at Ralph Lauren, initially in customer service before moving into menswear merchandising. Before becoming the head of men’s ready-to-wear at Louis Vuitton in 2016, she was a senior product director for menswear at Lacoste in 2013.
After starting his career at Sony Music in New York City, DiCiccio rose to the position of president of Asia. After serving as president and CEO of Japan/North Asia at Coach, he eventually moved to Apple to manage operations in Korea and Japan.
LVMH has undergone multiple leadership changes this year. In March, Angeloglou transitioned to Dior Couture, Damien Bertrand was appointed deputy CEO of Louis Vuitton, Frédéric Arnault took over as CEO of Loro Piana, and Jean-Christophe Babin was named CEO of LVMH Watches.
