
Sun Choe, the Chief Product Officer, is leaving Lululemon Athletica, the company stated. The company is also putting in place a new integrated design structure.
Choe quit to explore a different opportunity, according to the clothing company, and will depart later this month. Lululemon added that it had no intention of abolishing the position of chief product officer.
According to Lululemon, Jonathan Cheung, global creative director, will supervise design, innovation, and product development in addition to leading product design and innovation. According to the company, Cheung will answer to Chief Executive Officer Calvin McDonald.
To scale its worldwide and regional go-to-market strategy, Lululemon is also assembling a new team composed of executives from its Merchandising and Brand departments. In addition to her present duties, Nikki Neuburger, who now oversees Brand, will take on the role of Chief Brand and Product Activation Officer, managing Merchandising, Footwear, and Product Operations. According to Lululemon, Elizabeth Binder, the Chief Merchandising Officer, will answer to Neuburger.
