Lucky Brand is set to expand its product line this fall with the introduction of a new workwear collection. The brand, owned by Authentic Brands Group (ABG), has announced a strategic partnership with Velocity Global Brands to design, manufacture, and distribute its workwear line across the US and Canada.
The forthcoming Lucky Brand workwear will feature a range of durable and functional apparel, including coveralls, overalls, bibs, scrubs, and outerwear. The collection is designed with key workwear attributes such as triple needle stitching, water and odor resistance, and quick-dry capabilities, ensuring both quality and comfort.
Alexandra Rodriguez, VP of Nautica and Lucky Brand at ABG, expressed enthusiasm about the partnership, noting, “Growing the brand’s range to include workwear creates another way for consumers to integrate Lucky Brand’s signature style into all aspects of their lives.”
Velocity Global Brands, which manages a diverse portfolio including Quicksilver, Geoffrey Beene, Palm Beach 1922, and Monarchy, will leverage its extensive network of 20 factory partners across eight countries to support the launch. Co-CEO Chris Laurita highlighted the significance of the collaboration, stating, “We look forward to offering the Lucky Brand consumer the opportunity to wear their favorite brand at work.”
