Lee Cooper, an English-American clothing and footwear label headquartered in London, has opened two new stores in India, in the cities of Pune and Manipal apart from Indore and Gwalior which were launched last week and last month respectively. The stores offer a wide range of denim collections, footwear and accessories for kids and adults.
According to the company’s Facebook page, Lee Cooper has also just released a new winter collection of graphic sweaters and chunky knits meant to be worn with the sneaker range, which features neutral colours and retro-inspired designs.
The rights to the Lee Cooper brand in India were purchased by a partnership between Reliance Retail and the American company Iconix last year. Kishore Biyani’s Future Lifestyle Fashions had previously owned the manufacturing rights of the brand. The brand debuted in the Indian market in 1995.
