
Zippee, a logistics start-up serving the quick commerce industry, has recently announced the starting of its new delivery service that caters to online marketplaces and delivers items within 60-minutes, with the service being named Blaze. This has enabled the start-up to become among the first such organisations that have enabled the delivery in rapid terms and having an infrastructure of dark stores that marketplaces can use which also come in a variety of categories in which fashion and home decor are also present.
In the upcoming quarters, the business wants to grow to five additional cities and 120 marketplaces and brands. The service from Zippee is currently functional in various cities which include the cities of Mumbai, Bengaluru and the Delhi-NCR region.
Zippee, the logistics start-up was founded in the year of 2021 and it helps to facilitate deliveries directly to clients that can happen through their own channels. The company does this using integration with the various brands and platforms for e-commerce present in the market.
As of this date, the company, Zippee, has raised an amount of US $ 8.5 million from a number of investors which also include prominent people like Peyush Bansal, Kunal Shah, Ashneer Grover, Paramdeep Singh, Tanmay Bhat, Raj Shamani and Arjun Vaidya. This list also includes Haldiram Snacks, the FMCG giant, as well as South Asia Technology Partners.
Zippee anticipates that by the end of Q2 FY ’26, 17 per cent of its total shipments will be delivered in 60 minutes or less.
