Loom + Forge! That’s another addition to JCPenney’s private labels.
The American apparel giant has, reportedly, launched Loom + Forge, which features indoor and outdoor décor, bedding, bath and window coverings, amongst others.
And these are sustainable too! The retailer has used Oeko-Tex-certified materials for its bedding and bath collections. This also means these products are free from more than 300 harmful chemicals.
The launch of Loom + Forge comes in the wake of JCPenney’s recent launch of two other private home brands, namely Linden Street and Field crest.
There isn’t a better time than now for JCPenney to venture into private home brands, considering 2020 had seen home section emerge strongly especially after ‘work from home’ became the new normal.
More on the launch, Michelle Wlazlo, Executive Vice President and Chief Merchant, JCPenney, said that the new Loom + Forge collection brings inviting modern style to every space with current, purposeful designs.
Foraying into private home brands seems to be the order of the day as another fashion retailer Target too has ventured into private labels.
And now JCPenney is all to create some value for its customers in this new world by launching these private home brands.
