Japan-based designer, Kazuki Kozuru-Salifoska has launched Kazuki Workshop which is a gender-neutral, made-to-order luxury streetwear brand in New York. The brand is based on the core of inclusivity and diversity by being body positive and genderless and it caters to a wide range of sizes with a touch of luxury in streetwear.
Kazuki has carefully thought of her style and her history while launching Kazuki Workshop. Its logo shows an eagle feather which is of significance as her family crest which describes togetherness in the collective surrounding her brand.
The collection includes a boxy sweater top, made from Eco-Viscose yarn that has a calligraphy motif from an ancient proverb embedded on the surface
The designer commented, “In the traditional US sizing scale, there’s a clear divide between plus sizing and straight sizing. I wanted to treat every size equally. And to do that, I decided to create our own sizing system in which every size takes up the same amount of space on the sizing label and forgo the traditional 1X, 2X, 3X, etc.”
