Moncler, the luxury fashion brand from Italy, has joined hands with German e-commerce firm Mytheresa to unveil its new collections.
In a statement released to media, it was confirmed that the Italian brand’s new womenswear and menswear collections will be launched through a 360° degree virtual pop-up with Mytheresa.
The partnership will enable the consumers to shop the new collections as they navigate the virtual experience.
The shoppers can choose products in the pop-up to view more detailed descriptions about each item and can then buy them directly from the online display. The collection, notably, comprises the Cotonniere coat as well as the Moncler Cuvellier jacket.
Though business is slowly getting back to normal in many parts of the globe and the ‘new normal’ is becoming the ‘old normal’, virtual events are still held and therefore this partnership holds relevance.
For Moncler, its efforts to invest in technological capabilities continue! Last year it announced plans to manage its own e-commerce business, and eventually introduced an omnichannel e-commerce platform.
Moncler was founded in 1952 and besides menswear, womenswear and kidswear collections, it is known majorly for skiwear.
