H&M, a clothing and accessory company, opens a new location in Pune. The store, which opened with a selection of springtime western clothing, serves men, women, and children and is housed inside the Kopa Mall in the city.
“Get your wishlist ready, because H&M is now open at Kopa Pune,” announced the shopping centre on Instagram. “Ready, set, shop your heart out with us.” The store opened with a 40% discount on select items, H&M announced on Facebook.
The new H&M location, which has an open façade and a contemporary, white interior, increases the number of brick-and-mortar locations for the Swedish company in India to 61, according to reports. Additionally, it is H&M’s fourth Pune location. This fiscal year, the brand has opened a number of locations, including two new ones in Bengaluru in the fourth quarter, which ends on 31st March.
“H&M India is ending the Indian Fiscal Year with a bang,” wrote H&M’s chief financial officer and country controller for India Louis Coucke on Linkedin. “The fashion brand just opened its fifth store in Pune at Kopa Mall. This expansion is a testament to the brand’s commitment to growth and providing customers with stylish and trendy clothing options in India.”
